Our Process Broken-down

We strive to make this process as simple as possible for the customer, and understand the importance of guiding and ensuring participation of our clients from start to finish. We value transparancy and maintaining an open communication. Our step by step ensures customers are always informed each step of the way, and that necessary details are gathered to ensure a smooth process.

 
 

THE ESTIMATE.

  • Initial walk around so we know exactly what needs to be done and address any special consideration, multiple quote options, and identify your needs from a contractor

  • Discuss colour/design ideas, required prep work from customer, timelines

    measuring and evaluation

  • Depending on the estimate it can be provided on the spot, or will be emailed to you shortly after

Confirmation.

  • Once we get go ahead from the quote we will have a follow up call to review everything and tentatively schedule the job.

  • We will finalize colours, materials, hours we are able to work, deadlines. etc.

THE JOB.

Throughout the job the manager will be a primary contact for you to answer any questions and keep you updated throughout the progress. Every contractor and employee will have a your shared contact info to discuss daily updates and more specific arrival and exit times

Please do not refrain from voicing any questions concerns or clarifications throughout the job, the more communication the easier for everyone! we want to make sure you happy and comfortable, and your input is greatly valued

Every job has time allocated at the end for touch ups and final clean up. we will go around andmark any deficiencies with green tape, and go over any concerns with you so we can address the remaining final touches in one go.
